Our Garden Room 

Surrounded by paned glass windows you can enjoy the colours and variety of plants in the garden from the comfort of your lounge chair. Double French doors open onto a Verandah where you can snooze on the day bed or stroll down the steps to the paved sun terrace and enjoy the gardens and bird life or take in the views of the Huon River and Huon Valley. Watch TV, enjoy a movie, listen to your favourite music or simply relax and catch up on some reading time. A crackling log fire welcomes you in the cooler months and there is a fully equipped kitchenette where guests can prepare evening meals. 

BREAKFAST

Breakfast is served in our garden room. Hillside offers a generous continental breakfast where guests can order from our extensive in-house menu with both hot and cold options. Choices include a range of cereals, breads, pastries & muffins baked fresh daily (sweet or savoury), fresh Tasmanian yoghurt,  juices, preserves and fresh fruit. We also offer a range of herbal teas, plunger coffee, Nespresso Coffee or if you prefer a hot chocolate.
